When things get tough, could you or a friend use a reminder to take “Just One Step” When times are overwhelming and it feels impossible, taking one step can help you to get started. Whether a large step or small, I hope you are able to take it.

This became my second most important mantra as I navigated serious health conditions, my business, and my personal life. Oh what a powerful mantra it’s become for me.
